What we expect
We’re looking for people who understand why a small business needs a good website — and can explain it simply.
- Affinity with the internet and marketing — you know Google, social media and AI
- Communication skills — you talk easily with business owners
- Independence and reliability — you keep your word and deadlines
- Very good Polish — English is a plus
- Smartphone or tablet to present sample websites
- Student status or ability to work on a contract/B2B basis
No sales experience or technical knowledge required.

Questions about working at Novi
Do I need sales experience?
No. Communication skills and curiosity about the internet matter more. We’ll teach you sales, the product and conversations at Novi Academy.
How many hours a week do I need to work?
You set your own schedule. Many advisors work 2–3 days a week alongside their studies or another job.
What kind of contract do you offer?
We offer a civil-law contract (umowa zlecenie, for students) or B2B cooperation. Details are discussed at the interview.
Do I have to find clients myself?
No. Head office prepares company lists for your area and assigns you your own territory, so you never compete with other advisors.
In which cities are you hiring?
To start: Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań and Gdańsk, including about 30 km around them.
